WKO - Tirol Project Presentation
The Event
On February 3rd, 2025, our team had the opportunity to showcase our latest technology projects at the Wirtschaftskammer Tirol (WKO) Innovation Expo in Innsbruck. The event brought together educators, tech enthusiasts, and business professionals interested in digital innovation.
Our Projects
I was involved in two innovative projects that received significant attention:
E-Ink Classroom Display System
The E-Ink display project is a practical solution for school classrooms that shows daily schedules and information outside each room. Key features include:
- Digital displays mounted outside approximately 50 classrooms
- Real-time updates showing current teachers, subjects, and schedules
- Energy-efficient E-Ink technology for clear visibility and low power consumption
- System built on Raspberry Pi servers and ESP32 microcontrollers
During the presentation, we demonstrated how the displays update automatically when schedule changes occur and how the system integrates with existing school information systems to reduce administrative workload.
Vision AI Image Generation
Vision AI is our cutting-edge platform that creates hyper-realistic AI-generated images. What makes it special:
- Personalized image generation using just 5-10 photos of an individual
- Ability to place yourself in any scenario or style with remarkable realism
- User-friendly interface designed for both creative professionals and casual users
- Advanced safety features to prevent misuse
At the WKO event, we invited audience members to participate in live demonstrations, generating custom images of them in various scenes and styles in under a minute.
Audience Reception
The response to both projects was overwhelmingly positive:
- School administrators were particularly interested in the E-Ink display system's potential to modernize their institutions and reduce paper waste
- Creative professionals recognized Vision AI's potential for content creation and personalized marketing
- Questions focused primarily on implementation costs, data privacy, and potential educational applications
One notable moment was when a local school director tested the E-Ink system and immediately inquired about piloting it in their institution.
Conclusion
The WKO - Tirol event was an excellent platform to showcase our work and receive valuable feedback from potential users. The connections made during this presentation have opened doors for future collaborations and implementations.
